Refunds

For pre-paid orders, the refund process will be initiated for the money to be deposited in the bank account/credit /debit card from where the payment was received. In case of a return of products paid by COD, the customer must provide bank details in which a refund can be sent.

You are eligible for a refund in only the following scenarios:

> A cancellation email has been sent within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch from the warehouse.

> The returned product is defective.

> The returned product is untampered, and the packaging is not damaged.

> You have received a product you have not ordered.

You are NOT eligible for a refund in the following cases:

> You or the recipient dislike the product.

> The product has been used or damaged.

> You return a different product than the one shipped to you.

> The product is not returned to us in its original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

>No refund is available for gift wrapping charges. However, gift wrapping the new product will be chargeable in case of replacement.

Return & Replace.

You are eligible for a Return & Replace in only the following scenarios:

> You have received a product you did not order. Or a damaged or expired product.

> The product or packaging is damaged. For example, there is a leakage, or the seal is broken during shipping. You must provide an unboxing video and photographs with the return and replacement email within 24 hours of delivery. You are NOT eligible for a Return & Replace in the following cases:

> If you accept a visibly damaged or tampered product at the time of delivery. Kindly refuse to accept delivery of any damaged or tampered parcel.

> A return and replacement request has been generated after 7 working days after delivery.

> No opened or used products will be accepted for return and replacement.

> If you have tampered with the product’s original packing (mono cartons, labels, etc.)

> If in case of the tampered bottle or product spilt during transit, no valid media proof of the delivery and issues, such as the unboxing video or pictures, is shared with us within 24hrs of delivery.
