Shipping
- Tot & Bubbles ships products pan India.
- All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order confirmation.
- We work from Monday to Saturday, barring public holidays. Therefore, any order placed post 3:00 PM on a Saturday will be processed only on the following Monday or the next working day.
- Our pan India shipping setup ensures products are delivered within 1-4 working days in Metros and within 4-7 working days in other centres. The delivery timeline may vary due to unavoidable circumstances like unrest, bad weather or public holidays.
- All pre-ordered products are shipped as per the date mentioned in the product description. But there can be a delay in case of unexpected higher demand. - Our shipping process lets you track your order once it leaves our warehouse. You will also get regular updates from our shipping partner via SMS, Email and/or WhatsApp notifications. The link for tracking your order will be provided. Additionally, you can track the shipping progress via your account on our website.
- For all pre-paid orders, in case of non-delivery of the product by our courier partner (where the product is returned to us), we will either resend the product or initiate a refund process. The refund amount will reflect in the source account (the account from which payment was made) within 7-10 days of refund initiation.
Cancellation:
We put a lot of love and hard work into sending out every product and would appreciate it if you did not cancel an order once placed. But if due to some issue you want to cancel your order, our cancellation policies are as below:-
- Please send us a cancellation email at wecare@totsandbubbles.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
- As soon as we approve the cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. A refund process will be initiated, and the amount will reflect in the source account (account from which payment was made) within 7-10 working days of the cancellation approval mail. This applies to pre-paid orders only.
